Our Firm was incorporated in January 2003 through the restructuring of our CPA practices, which was dated back to 1995, as a limited liability CPA entity.Our clients include listed companies whose shares were listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and Singapore Exchange Securities Trading limited.Unlike other CPA firms, our senior executives are personally involved in serving our clients, ensuring the necessary resources of the Firm are committed, the engagement is completed in the most effectively manner, and our progress and findings are communicating effectively in a timely manner with the clientsβ Board of Directors, senior management and their professional advisors.Apart from our long history of working in Big Four CPA firms, all of our senior executives have established track records of previously and/or currently serving in senior financial and operating management positions with listed and multi-national companies, with direct responsibility in organising and executing cross border mergers & acquisitions.
