Asian Professional Security Association Hong Kong Chapter

The Asian Professional Security Association (APSA) Hong Kong Chapter is a professional organization dedicated to promoting and advancing the security industry in Hong Kong. Established as part of the APSA network founded in Bangkok in 1988, the Hong Kong Chapter works to develop professional standards, ethics, and training for security practitioners. The association supports approximately a quarter million Hong Kong residents employed in various security roles across the private sector. APSA Hong Kong also founded the Asian Professional Security Training Institute (APSTI) in 2010, a not-for-profit training body focused on improving access to security qualifications and professional development.
