Elevate was established in 2015 by two ex-professional ballet dancers. Located in the heart of Central in Hong Kong, we aim to provide high-quality Pilates instruction that brings out the best in our clients. Being the only studio in HK that exclusively employs dancers as instructors, we offer bespoke private sessions in the Elevate Studio as well as a variety of group movement classes (Reformer, Aerial Hammock, Suspension Training, Ballet) in the Empower Studio. Our skilled movement specialists have been trained to not only teach, but to also cultivate an empowering attitude in our clients. We now have our second branch in Tung Chung.
