Fitness First Hong Kong — Langham Place

Fitness First Hong Kong at Langham Place was a prominent international fitness club located on the 8th floor of Langham Place, 8 Argyle Street, Mong Kok, Kowloon. Part of the global Fitness First network — one of the world's largest gym chains — the Langham Place branch offered a comprehensive range of fitness facilities including weight training equipment, cardio machines, group exercise studios, and personal training programmes. Conveniently positioned within Langham Place, one of Mong Kok's flagship shopping and office complexes with direct access to the MTR, the club served local residents and professionals across Kowloon. Fitness First operated eight branches across Hong Kong before ceasing all operations in March 2022 following the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Its closure marked the end of the brand's presence in Hong Kong, where it had provided premium gym services to the fitness community for a number of years.
