Hong Kong Arts Centre

The Hong Kong Arts Centre (HKAC) is an independent, non-profit arts organisation established in 1977. Located in Wan Chai, the Centre is a multi-arts venue presenting local and international programmes in performing arts, visual arts, and media arts. It houses two theatres, cinema and screening venues, exhibition galleries, and studio spaces that serve as creative incubators for Hong Kong artists. The HKAC provides arts education and community outreach programmes to broaden public appreciation of the arts. As a pioneer in contemporary arts presentation, the Centre continues to champion experimental and cross-disciplinary work that pushes creative boundaries in Hong Kong.
