Hong Kong International School

Hong Kong International School (HKIS) is one of Hong Kong premier English-medium international schools, located at 1 Red Hill Road in Tai Tam on the southern side of Hong Kong Island. Founded in 1966 under the sponsorship of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod, HKIS offers an American-curriculum education from pre-kindergarten through Grade 12 to a diverse international student body. The school follows the US academic calendar and offers a rigorous college preparatory curriculum aligned with US educational standards, culminating in the US high school diploma and the option of Advanced Placement (AP) courses.
