Ichiran Ramen is a celebrated Japanese ramen chain originating from Fukuoka, renowned for its intensely focused tonkotsu pork-bone broth and unique solo-dining concept. The Causeway Bay branch is located at Shop F-G, Ground Floor, Lockhart House Block A, 440-446 Jaffe Road. Diners sit at individual wooden booth partitions, allowing full concentration on the flavour experience. Each bowl of ramen is fully customisable — diners use a detailed order form to specify broth richness, flavour intensity, noodle firmness, and toppings including chashu pork, soft-boiled egg, and extra noodles. Ichiran's secret red sauce, a proprietary chilli blend, is a house signature. The Causeway Bay location is open daily and accepts individual diners and groups. Reservations are not accepted; queuing is part of the Ichiran experience.
