Before founding the firm, Joseph worked in a big-4 accounting firm and has extensive expertise and experience in leading audits for listed groups which included renowned properties developers, multi-national conglomerates and PRC industrial groups.Joseph is a practising member and a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Ceritfied Public Accountants (HKICPA), a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a certifed tax advisor and fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Taxation (TIHK).
CHAN WING YU, CATHERINE is a consultant of our firm and oversees the firm’s company secretarial practice. Catherine has solid experience in company secretarial and administration through her over 15 years experience in professional field as well as servicing in Hong Kong government and other non-government organizations.
Catherine is an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries (HKICS) and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA).
