Palco Italian Ristorante is a stunning contemporary Italian restaurant at Ocean Terminal in Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui, dazzling diners with seafront harbour views and glitzy modern interiors. Led by Chef Ken Lau — previously of The Peninsula's Verandah, Chesa, and Felix — Palco reimagines classic Italian dishes through innovative techniques with a focus on premium seafood and ocean-inspired ingredients. This is his second solo venture in collaboration with LUBUDS F&B Group, following the success of Pano in West Kowloon Cultural District. Signature dishes include fresh oyster tartare, spaghetti with Hokkaido sea urchin, and the theatrical pasta cooked in an open flame with a cheese wheel.
