Qual-Mark CPA Limited was founded in 2005 with a focus on high-quality standards. The firm targets businesses requiring financial assurance for their expansion plans.

The practice offers specialized audit services and business health checks. They are particularly adept at advising on corporate governance and ensuring that clients meet all statutory standards.

Our practice was incorporated and registered in name of Ho & Chung CPA Limited by Messrs. Charles Ho and Steve Chung in Hong Kong in 2002. In 2012, Mr. Simon Leung was promoted to be an additional director of our Practice in order to cope with our continuous expansion. In 2013, our Practice changed the name to Qual-Mark CPA Limited. The new Practice name echoes with our missions to produce a branding effect. OUR MISSION:-

Our missions have fully integrated into the name of our Practice in which “Qual” stands for Qualitative services; “M” for Making value; “A” for Accountability; “R” for Reliable and professional; and “K” for Keeping improvement.In 2007, our Firm was certified by Hong Kong Q-Mark Council under Federation of Hong Kong Industries being the FIRST CPA firm in Hong Kong holding certificate under Hong Kong Q-Mark Service Scheme. This achievement proves that our endeavour in the past has been generally accepted. We commit that we would continuously improve our quality of our services.
