The prestigious and successful history of our Group revolves around important milestones:
- 2000: Roger Kam & Co. was founded in Hong Kong by Mr Roger Kam, Certified Public Accountant (Practicing). In the same year, R & T Consulting Group (previously known as Folder Corporate Consultancy Ltd) was formed;
- 2002: Mr Teddy Lau, Certified Public Accountant (Practicing) joined Roger Kam & Co. and was appointed as Director of R & T Consulting Group.
- 2003: Japanese desk was set up to serve our Japanese clients;
- 2004: Mr Teddy Lau, CPA, was admitted as Partner of Roger Kam & Co.
- 2005: Roger Kam & Co. is one of the founder members of AicA, our Asian strategic alliance;
- 2008: Roger Kam & Co. Shanghai Representative Office was set up. In the same year, R & T Consulting Group Shenzhen Office was formed. This is to put through our important step forward into China;
- 2009: R & T Consulting Group Shanghai Office was formed;
- 2011: Fidinam R&T Consulting Limited, a joint venture between Roger Kam & Co. and The Fidinam Group from Switzerland was set up. This is to put through our important step forward into Europe. In the same year, Roger Kam & Co. and R & T Consulting Group were re-structured to fulfill our Group's long-term strategic development goals;
- 2013: R & T Consulting Group Beijing Office will be opening soon;
