Shui On Group

Shui On Group is one of Hong Kong's most prominent and diversified conglomerates, with its Hong Kong head office located at 34/F, Shui On Centre, 6-8 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Founded by Sir Lo Ka-Shui, the Shui On Group has built an outstanding reputation across property development, construction, and urban regeneration — both in Hong Kong and mainland China. The Group is perhaps best known for its flagship redevelopment projects, including the acclaimed Xintiandi mixed-use development in Shanghai, which transformed a historic neighbourhood into a world-class lifestyle destination. Through its listed subsidiaries — including Shui On Land and SOCAM Development — the Group manages a diversified portfolio of residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality properties. Shui On Group's Wan Chai headquarters sits at the heart of Hong Kong's business district, reflecting the Group's deep roots in the city. With decades of experience in large-scale urban development, Shui On continues to shape Hong Kong and China's built environment.
