About Teton CPA Company
Teton CPA Company was established to provide independent professional services to the Hong Kong market. It has been an HKICPA Authorized Employer since 2014 and is an independent local entity.
The firm specializes in audit and assurance, profit tax computation, and company secretarial services. It helps clients navigate the complexities of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and IRD requirements.

Brian has over ten years of experience in accounting, financial management and taxation as well as merger and acquisition related activities and Initial Public Offering ("IPO") advisory.Qualification Matters:-Mr. Brian Tso CPA(practising), FCCA, MSCA, FTIHK, MHKIoD, ACIS, ACS,Mr. Tso is currently practising member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants ("HKICPA"), fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants ("FCCA"), member of The Society Of Chinese Accountants and Auditors ("MSCA"), fellow member of the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong ("FTIHK"), member of Hong Kong Institute of Directors ("MHKIoD"), associate member of Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries ("AICS") and Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators ("ACS").
Mr. Tso is the Founder of Teton CPA Company. Prior to setting up his own firm, he served as senior vice president of a boutique investment firm for mergers and acquisitions related activities, the financial controller of a main board listed company after serving in the audit and assurance division in Ernst & Young Hong Kong and Shenzhen.He is also currently Independent Non-Executive Director ("INED") of several companies listed in Hong Kong Stock Exchange.On community services, Mr. Tso has also been appointed as the honorary financial advisor of The Hong Kong,Physiotherapists' Union ("HKPU").
