Xuân is an innovative Vietnamese restaurant in Wan Chai that elevates traditional Vietnamese flavours to new heights of sophistication. Inspired by the celebrated 18th-century Vietnamese poet Xuan Quynh, the restaurant channels her pioneering spirit through bold, modern interpretations of Vietnamese classics. From the same group behind BÊP and Nha Trang, Xuân brings a refined dining concept to Luen Fat Street in Wan Chai. Signature dishes include the beef pho rice noodle soup — made with 12-hour Angus prime rib, braised beef tongue, oxtail, homemade beef broth, and youtiao — and the hand-pulled local three-yellow chicken, a beloved Hong Kong classic reinterpreted with a Vietnamese twist.
